Powder coating service
using modern zirconium conversion nanotechnology and powder coating with polyester-epoxy paints
The paint line is a fully automatic equipment for powder coating with polyester-epoxy or polyester paints. It has
the surface preparation part, where the details are cleaned
and chemically prepared for varnishing, and a varnishing section with two lines separately for white and other colors with guns for automatic application of varnishing powder. Semi-finished products can be parts made of galvanized steel, aluminum, copper and bronze.
Service performed is in modern paint line.

Tunnel furnace brazing services with copper pastes

A soldering oven is a device for soldering
in high temperature brazing of steel parts with the help of copper paste. The paste is applied to the soldered workpiece. The main task of the furnace is to harden the copper paste, which seals the connections between the pipe/shape-hole in the pipe/shape.

Laser processing services for pipes, steel profiles and sheet metal (CNC)
BLM Adige's machine is a fully automatic fiber laser cutting system. The machine makes it possible to process a wide range of pipes (round,square, rectangular, open profiles
from 16 mm to 225 mm in diameter for round profiles, 160 x 160 mm for square profiles), as well as sheet metal. It is a combination of maximum flexibility in the choice of settings and high productivity.

Sheet metal forming services using precision press brakes
The press brake is a fully automatic device for bending ordinary, stainless and acid-resistant steel sheets.
The machine allows you to shape sheet metal with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 3 mm. By using various tools, we achieve bending up to 90 degrees. When bending sheet metal up to 1 mm thick, we also perform folding.
